Since August is National Curb Appeal month, and celebrating its inaugural year as well, we though it only fitting to take a look at some the exterior upgrades Belk Builders has completed recently that go beyond the realm of ” just siding, or windows” to adding beauty, character and style into the front facade of this South Charlotte home.
A portico addition for all the right reasons: This home in South Charlotte has undergone a siding upgrade, and roof replacement. We removed the home’s aged Masonite siding and replaced it with Hardie® Plank siding. During the project, the homeowner also made the decision to replace their roof during the project. In addition, we also updated the home’s front entry from a simple stoop into a custom portico using all low-maintenance materials. Take a look at these amazing before & after images:
