What happens when you send this

Kent comes and looks at the house The owner visits every job site personally. You are not handed to a commission salesperson who has never held a nail gun.
A full inspection, not a glance from the curb We evaluate the current siding, the sheathing underneath and the moisture conditions, because the problem is usually the part you cannot see.
A detailed written estimate In writing, itemized, and yours to take away and compare. There is no obligation to go ahead with it.

Who you are sending it to

Belk Builders, 401 Hawthorne Lane, Charlotte. Licensed and insured, family-owned, and the work is done by our own crews rather than handed to subcontracted labor.

“Kent was very nice and polite. He explained everything in detail and asked us what we wanted rather than wasting our time with items we were not interested in.”

S. Miller

Not ready for a quote? Ask anyway.

If you only want to know whether the trim is rotten or the roof has a few years left in it, say so in the form. Kent will tell you honestly rather than sell you a job you do not need yet.
