What the pages here are
The pages on this site describe the exterior replacement work Belk Builders does: siding, replacement windows, roofing and the finishing work around them. They are there to help you decide whether to call us.
The project photographs are of real work by our own crews. Where a page names a manufacturer, that is a product line we install, and any product claim about it belongs to that manufacturer, not to us. Manufacturer warranties are theirs and are subject to their own terms.
Quotes and estimates
Nothing on this site is a quote, and nothing on it is a contract.
Sending the form starts a conversation. A price becomes real only when we have looked at the house and put it in writing, and the terms of the work itself, the schedule, the payments, the warranty and what happens if something changes, are in the written agreement you sign. Those terms govern the job. This page governs the website.
Where a page mentions financing, that is offered by a third-party lender and approval, rates and terms are the lender's decision, not ours.
Using the site
Read it, print it, send a page to your spouse or your HOA. What we ask you not to do:
- submit anyone else's personal details through the form
- use the form to send advertising
- try to break, overload or get into parts of the site that are not public
- copy the photographs or the text for another contractor's marketing
The words, photographs and design on this site belong to Belk Builders or to the people we licensed them from. Manufacturer logos and product names belong to those manufacturers.
Links to other sites
Some pages link out to manufacturers, review sites and trade associations. Those sites are not ours and we do not control what they publish or what they do with your information.
Accuracy and availability
We keep this site current and check what goes on it, and it can still be wrong or out of date. Products change, color ranges get discontinued, and a photograph is not a specification. If a detail matters to your decision, ask us and we will confirm it.
We do not promise the site will be available without interruption.
